Guttenberg Castle is a late medieval hilltop castle in Haßmersheim in the Neckar-Odenwald district in Baden-Württemberg. The castle has never been destroyed and has been continuously inhabited for almost 800 years. The site houses the German Griffin Watch, a museum and a restaurant.
The Burgschenke is a rustic excursion pub with a kiosk, viewing terrace and rooms for celebrations.
In addition to regular events such as the famous knight's banquet, the castle tavern is open in season from March-October. For groups of 16 people or more, the Burgschenke also opens outside of opening hours.
For your wedding, birthday party or company celebration: the historic premises offer space for 150 guests.
