Celebrate or meet with your friends, loved ones, acquaintances or co-workers in a spacious, extravagant house by the lake. The building is located on a large, enclosed property with its own lake and many different, interesting feel-good areas and retreats. A gathering of all guests is possible in the main room. Parking is available directly on the property. At the rear of the building is a large terrace overlooking the lake towards the sunset ... - a simply fantastic view.

Location

The property is located in the middle of a quiet nature reserve in a small community. It is surrounded by pure nature with many hiking trails and a direct connection to the Fläming skating track. Shopping facilities, cinema, thermal baths and much more are within a radius of approx. 15 km.

House

The large villa with tower offers enough space for the realisation of various ideas. Many bright rooms offer very flexible possibilities of use. The main room on the ground floor, for example, is ideal for dancing, meeting places for seminars, meditations, wedding celebrations, birthday parties, live streams or simply to retreat from everyday life into an oasis of peace. The entire house area has underfloor heating as well as ventilation.

Garden

At the rear of the villa is a terrace with a direct view of the adjacent private lake with a small island in the middle of a diverse biotope. A small wooden bridge leads to the rear garden area with park character. There is a fireplace built in medieval style as well as seating in the form of a bench and a Hollywood swing. There is an interesting tree population on the property.
