House of New Work

Our 420 sqm space offers different areas that allow a wide variation in use for different events, such as afterwork events, lectures and workshops.

The idea for the House of New Work was born in 2021 in the midst of the pandemic and home office. The many changes have made clear the importance of space for collaboration and at the same time have shown that there will not be a blanket return "before Corona". The topic of workplace and space must be rethought and with it the way we work together in the future. Blackboat has been supporting its clients on this path for more than 10 years. Always with the aim of making work something that empowers people. The House of New Work is intended to make this process tangible and translate it into physical space. Which working environment will we need in the future for which tasks? How do they feel? The challenge is to create a balance between furnishing, space, technology and one's own culture. In this way, new ways of working are carried holistically into the organisation and people in it are taken along on the journey.
