KYBA is a new experimental concept that aims to challenge all known boundaries of gastronomy. Our goal is to create unique experiences for our guests by exploring flavors that cross time zones. We want all of our guests to see the gastronomic world as we see it: Sometimes the beauty of food and drink is best revealed by combining flavors that at first glance don't go together. The final product will challenge the way you think about flavors you think you know, leading to a new experience of unexplored combinations in both our food and our cocktails.

KYBA is a visually striking place; A place that will bombard you with subtle notes throughout your culinary experience, from the artwork to the food and drinks to our own team.

We hope to deconstruct and reinvent international dishes we are all familiar with, pairing them with sustainably innovative cocktails and unparalleled service.
