The creative loft RAUM12 inspires with three fully equipped creative levels, a modern second-hand design concept and the direct location on the Rhine - in the middle of Cologne's Rheinauhafen! Experience the unique business atmosphere next to top companies based in Cologne in the heart of the Rheinauhafen: you will find us directly between the well-known KRANHÄUSERN.

The location is integrated into the spatial concept of the SESSELKAMPAGNE, which is certified as a public space. The furnishings are almost entirely second-hand and are intended to inspire ecologically sustainable decisions in furniture consumption. Renowned companies from Cologne and the surrounding area use the new partner location of the big sister in KRANHAUS Nord for off-site meetings, workshops, team events, seminars and much more.

Permanent use? You can also rent the "Secret Escape" in Rheinauhafen as a day office for individual employees or as a permanent creative workspace for your small teams.
