How can I cancel my package?
When you are logged in, you can click on "My profiles" in the upper right corner, select the desired location and then click on "Subscription". Via the button "Cancel subscription" you can cancel the package at any time at the end of the term.
Depending on which payment method you have selected, the term is one month, one quarter or one year from the time of booking. The term will be extended by one month, one quarter or one year if you do not cancel your subscription at least one day before the end of the term.
