For us, sustainability means, above all, making sensible use of existing structures and facilitating events that minimise travel distances. The Alcor Exclusive is situated in a historic forester’s lodge in the heart of the Sachsenwald. The hotel, restaurant, function rooms and outdoor areas are all in one place. This allows accommodation, catering and events to be integrated, thereby reducing the need for additional journeys.

At the Meditera Restaurant, we work with carefully selected ingredients and seasonal produce. Menus and event programmes are planned individually according to the occasion and number of guests. This allows us to organise purchasing, catering and service as closely as possible to actual requirements.

The natural surroundings are also an important part of our establishment. We aim to preserve the unique character of the historic building and its green surroundings, whilst at the same time facilitating a contemporary use of the space for guests, events and dining.
