Alte Rotation

The Alte Rotation owes its name to the fact that it once housed the printing works of the *Münchner Merkur* and the *tz*, where newspapers were printed on so-called rotary presses. The hall was subsequently completely refurbished and used, amongst other things, as a television studio, before it was finally renovated once more and fitted with state-of-the-art event technology. Since then, the Alte Rotation has been available as a popular event venue in the heart of Munich for a wide variety of different events.
