The old joinery by the lake is a rustic venue with access to the garden and direct access to the lake. As this property has an industrial feel, it is suitable for almost any type of event. Open fireplaces, old historic wooden floorboards and timber ceilings (4.50 metres high) create the perfect atmosphere for a cosy get-together. It is possible to extend the event into the garden. The venue is situated in the heart of a small town in Berlin’s affluent suburbs and is very easy to reach; it is 25 minutes by regional train from Ostkreuz, and a motorway exit and Schönefeld Airport are nearby. The premises consist of a stable measuring approximately 15 square metres, an entrance area and a changing room of 40 square metres. An additional 50-square-metre area can be used as a lounge, as well as a 300-square-metre garden, accessible directly from the rooms, complete with a garden terrace.
