Billing of actual costs will be based on actual consumption and effort incurred after the booked event. This includes in particular: consumption-based services: (e.g., alcoholic beverages, if consumed), additional effort: (e.g. extra cleaning due to heavy soiling), special services during rental provided by ANÍCE. staff: (e.g. technical support, cleaning support, hostess, barkeeper, runner, DJ, security, media team), special furniture request: (e.g. conference chairs, outdoor furniture). These items will be invoiced after the event based on the handover protocol.
