The AUKTIONSHAUS in the centre of the creative Mainz suburbs of Gonsenheim, Neustadt and Mombach impresses with its unique atmosphere and authentic charm. The clear glass strip lights in the gable, which run across the entire roof construction, create an unmistakable sense of space.

The industrial character of the former sawmill provides an unrivalled setting for any type of event, be it a conference, photo shoot or product presentation.

On an area of 400 square metres you will find limitless design possibilities. One highlight is the 100 square metre gallery, which is ideal as a lounge area and overlooks the main room. There is also a 60 square metre outdoor area, which can also be incorporated into the event concept.

In addition to the auction house, there are also three other locations between 150 and 4,400 square metres with capacities from 20 to 2,000 people. In the centre is HALLE 45, opposite the auction house, which is one of the largest industrial locations in the Rhine-Main region.

Unbound.
In addition to business events, the AUKTIONSHAUS is a marvellous wedding location with loft character. On request, we can design a customised wedding package for you, but you can also plan and commission everything yourself. You are completely free in your choice. The basic equipment includes a 3x4 metre stage and a basic set-up of lighting and sound technology. And if the summer is particularly kind to us, you can look forward to the location's air conditioning.

The auction house can also be booked as an off-location (without equipment) for film, photo and other creative projects on a daily or weekly basis.
