On more than 90 m² our backstage can be prepared for various events. There is enough space for conferences or dinners by candlelight with up to 50 people, standing events with up to 100 guests.
For each event we put together an individual offer with suitable technical equipment and catering.In our kitchen we exclusively use organic and whenever possible regional, seasonal products from our own vegetable farm and from farmers and manufacturers from Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Vegetarian and vegan options are always included.

Each event is personally supervised by us on site and receives an individual offer in advance.
For a workshop or a meeting we provide unlimited coffee, tea, juices, organic hiss, mineral water and our Fountain of Youth in the room. We welcome you with hearty, sweet and fruity snacks. For lunch we prepare a private buffet in the breakout area of the baking day with 2 salads and 2 delicious main courses (with meat and vegetarian) for you. And in the afternoon there is a selection of homemade cakes and fruit.
In our kitchen we exclusively use organic products from our own vegetable farm and from farmers and manufacturers from Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Our menu changes monthly and focuses on fresh and healthy meals from local, seasonal products. Vegetarian and vegan options are always included.
Projector + sound system, flipchart, pinboard, pens, paper and presentation case are included in the room rental. Microphones etc. can be ordered on request.
