The ballroom in the Unterer Gasthof Lockwitz (UGL) is an excellent venue for celebrations, meetings and other events of all kinds.

Hire is organised by the YOUTH GLOBE Sachsen event club, which in turn provides the service by arrangement. When hiring out rooms for evening and weekend events at times not used by YOUTH GLOBE for its own seminar operations, the event will be supervised by at least one club member. If required, additional club members are available to support events.

The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 people and consists of the large hall (170m²), the small hall (65m²), the gallery next to the small hall (57m²), the stage (32m²) including loudspeaker system and lighting technology as well as the entrance area with cloakroom (17m²).

The bar counter with its wide range of equipment and fittings, 2 additional fridges, beer dispensing system, dishwasher and crockery and glasses is ideal for catering at any event.

There are 24 parking spaces in the courtyard and numerous other car parks in the immediate vicinity. There are also various bus stops within walking distance.

The rental is possible on weekdays from 3 p.m. to midnight and all day on weekends and public holidays.
