Our newly renovated, beautiful 120 m² room is very conveniently located in Gersthof, a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn and offers:

- a spacious 65 m² room for your activities,

- a new, fully equipped kitchen (which is also sometimes used for cooking workshops) with coffee machine and dining area,

- 2 accessible bathrooms

- an additional room

The room has been renovated with high-quality underfloor heating and air conditioning integrated into the walls.

It is also fully accessible, located on the first floor and beautifully decorated in Zen style as it is used as a yoga studio.

Equipment:

If you are a yoga teacher, you will know that all the basic equipment is included in the rent.

For seminars and workshops, there are 24 chairs, 13 tables, a flipchart and drawing screen as well as a mobile TV screen available on site.

Availability:

The premises can be rented by the hour, half day, full day or even for whole weekends.

We are also open to tenants who would like to offer regular weekly courses and pay a monthly rent.
