Bogen 2 – historic industrial architecture for special events

Bogen 2 is an exceptional event venue situated in Germany’s first listed postal railway station on Gladbacher Wall. This historic brick building, dating from 1895, combines impressive industrial architecture with professional event technology and a wide range of usage options.

With around 300 m² of event space, brick walls up to eight metres high, distinctive round arches and impressive ceiling heights, Bogen 2 offers a unique setting for corporate events, weddings, parties, conferences, presentations, concerts, as well as film and photography shoots.

Depending on the event, various seating arrangements and layout options are possible. For banquets, Bogen 2 can accommodate approximately 150 guests or around 120 people at round tables. For larger and more open-plan events, the venue can be used flexibly.

An existing stage can be adjusted in size and position to suit the specific event. Professional sound and lighting equipment, bar counters and toilet facilities are also available.

For larger groups, the directly adjacent Bogen 5, including its outdoor area, can also be incorporated. This allows both areas to be combined effectively to create different event zones.

The unique blend of historic brickwork, high arched vaults and modern event technology makes Bogen 2 a venue with character – ideal for events that are anything but run-of-the-mill.
