With genuine charm and atmosphere, the Mühlengrund team serves specialities from the Wienhäuser region. Heidschnucken lamb, asparagus, potatoes, ham and honey straight from the farmer; you can also experience modern cuisine: various burgers, tagliatelle in a Parmesan wheel and something quite special: Celle’s national dish at the Mühlengrund is the Wienhäuser Roulade, available either as a raw roulade or seared with a crispy bread accompaniment and greens. The main dining room is suitable for all kinds of events: from business meetings and concerts to private celebrations. The beer garden, situated right by the water, completes the atmosphere. The most important and best thing for last: the beer. It is a naturally cloudy beer known as ‘Naturtyp’.
