The SALON at Casino Futur – the place to look to the future together.
90 m², 4.50 m high ceilings, fully flexible layout: here, you can configure the space to suit your event’s requirements. A space designed by POPO featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, plenty of natural light and bamboo flooring – rollable, height-adjustable tables, flexible seating and a partition wall with an integrated screen that divides the room into two zones.
Facilities: super-fast Wi-Fi, VITRA Dancing Wall with a 65-inch screen, Logitech MeetUp conference camera for hybrid events, SONOS sound system, 12 pinboards, flipchart, fully equipped presentation trolley and visualisation materials. Also included: a fully automatic coffee machine, a water dispenser, organic drinks and a fully equipped catering kitchen. Ground floor, wheelchair accessible, with access to the outdoor area. Built sustainably; green events are possible.
Capacity: up to 32 people seated (rows and long table), 16 in a block, U-shape or circle, up to 40 standing.
Catering: Breakfast, snacks and set menus via our partners Mezze by Evrim and Seitling Studios; lunch available for groups of 8 or more. You are welcome to bring your own catering; we can organise the facilitation on request.
Prices: €450 for 4 hours, €750 for 8 hours, plus VAT and a drinks surcharge (€15 or €19 per person respectively). Start times: 09:00, 13:00 or 17:00, Monday to Sunday. Final cleaning included; payment by invoice. We do not count set-up and dismantling time towards your booking duration, and we only hire the venue to one event per day – you won’t be sharing the space with anyone else.
Evening events from 18:00: Venue hire until midnight: €1,000; total including cleaning, set-up and dismantling from €1,225 plus VAT. This venue has previously hosted jazzahead!, panel discussions, book launches, concerts, dinner events and exhibitions.

What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
It is not only in the BUREAU of the CASINO FUTUR community that the themes of sustainability and ‘New Work’ are reflected in networking and collaborative working within the co-working space. In the SALON, CASINO FUTUR’s event space , sustainability was also a key consideration during the design phase:
use of rainwater for flushing toilets
sustainable materials in the interior design
Through CASINO FUTUR, interior design specialist POPO, the GME Architekten BDA group and organisational consultancy FUTUR ZWEI have joined forces in a forward-looking collaboration to create a unique building with sustainable structures.
