Chateauroux Amsterdam

The Chateauroux is a ship dating from 1908. Since its refurbishment in 1986, the ship has accommodated 26 beds, features a professional kitchen and offers access to communal areas. It also has one separate toilet and two showers, both fitted with a toilet.

During the winter months (November–March), the ship is moored at ‘Scheepswerf Kromhout’. A beautiful spot centrally located in Amsterdam. With many attractions and activities nearby, it is the ideal location for everyone. Everything is within easy walking distance, and the peaceful neighbourhood has a safe and welcoming atmosphere.

During the summer months (April–October), the harbour at Monnickendam serves as its home port. A small, idyllic and typically Dutch village, just under 20 minutes from Amsterdam. From here, guests can enjoy a stay and an experience on the water. By organising numerous sailing trips, our guests have fallen in love with the Dutch waters in and around Amsterdam.
