What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
For us, sustainability is not just a trend, but an integral part of our day-to-day work. We roast our speciality coffee in small batches and prioritise long-term partnerships with selected importers and producers who value transparency and fair trade practices. Many of our coffees are organically grown and are sourced directly or through specialist trading partners.
In our operations, we ensure consistent waste separation and a well-thought-out recycling scheme. We are constantly optimising our packaging and dispatch processes, and all shipments are made via DHL GoGreen. For our guests and event clients, we prioritise high-quality, durable products over single-use solutions wherever possible. In this way, we combine a first-class coffee experience with the responsible use of resources.
