Our modern virtual and physical offices, workspaces, co-working spaces and event venues in the heart of Hamburg provide flexible solutions for your company. From 15m² - 350 m², we offer a variety of spaces to suit your needs, allowing you to cater for up to 199 people. These are located on the ground floor and on the 4th floor and are all wheelchair accessible.

Our communal area including our lobby, lounge and kitchen are also available to you at any time for both private and professional networking. Our regular community events also contribute to this. In the kitchen we serve coffees, various teas, soft drinks and snacks.

Our facilities:

Event locations, conference rooms and meeting rooms can be used by both tenants and external customers. We can also organise a wide range of beverages, technical equipment and catering.

All rooms have a highly modern IT infrastructure (500 MBit) as well as access to printers, copiers, projectors and other equipment. If you want to rent a fixed office space, you can bring your own furniture or use our existing furniture and equipment.

We are located opposite St.-Michaelis Church next to numerous coffeeshops, restaurants and various other shops. The weekly market offers a range of break options and you can reach several sights by foot. The Reeperbahn, Habor, City Hall, Planten un Bloomen and the Elbphilharmonie are also in the immediate vicinity.
