The DAZ is situated in the heart of the rapidly developing eastern Spree area between Berlin-Mitte and Kreuzberg, in the immediate vicinity of Kater 25, the Kraftwerk/Tresor Mitte and Sage Beach. The site is home to the offices of various architectural and engineering firms, design agencies and a bistro with an outdoor terrace. With the Taut Hall and the Scharoun Hall, the DAZ offers you around 210 square metres and 200 square metres of space for a variety of event and exhibition formats, with infrastructure that can be flexibly and individually tailored to your needs.

The DAZ is run by the Association of German Architects (BDA).
