In the middle of the Oberhafen harbour, Hobenköök creates a space full of possibilities for individual events. In the former warehouse, raw industrial charm meets cosy wooden elements and in summer the spacious terrace extends the space outside. The centrepiece of the location is the open, central kitchen. Here, North German cuisine is served with a modern twist, always with a regional and seasonal focus.

What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
At Hobenköök, we prepare what the region and season have to offer. Origin is not a buzzword for us, but a prerequisite: we work closely with our partners in the region and know where our ingredients grow, how they are cultivated and how animal welfare is valued.
Regionality and seasonality form the foundation of our actions. What we can't understand doesn't make it onto our plates.
