The 3,000 square metre garden, complete with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, showers and a pavilion, invites you to relax and creates a luxurious atmosphere. The outdoor BBQ kitchen, equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and lounge furniture, as well as the sheltered dining area next to a park with its own garden toilet, offer additional comfort.

Indoor and outdoor areas:

Whether for adverts, music videos or fashion shoots – the stylish rooms and outdoor area guarantee impressive results. With its pool, pavilion and stylish design, the villa is also the perfect choice for weddings.

Pavilion:

Situated right next to the pool, the pavilion can accommodate up to 20 people and features a fully equipped kitchen, lounge furniture and a presentation screen. Large sliding glass doors enhance the luxurious outdoor atmosphere.

Meeting and conference rooms:

Versatile rooms for up to 100 people offer high-speed internet, flexible seating arrangements and a professional atmosphere for lectures, seminars, workshops or meetings. A telephone room is available free of charge to all office tenants.
