DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku´damm

With its 420 rooms, including 15 suites, and a conference area of over 800 square metres, the DoubleTree by Hilton Berlin Ku’damm is one of the largest hotels in the city centre. The restaurant seats 260 guests. The hotel has recruited Alexandre Castelain (previously at the Maritim, Berlin) as head chef and Moritz Ehrlich (previously head chef at Qiu in The Mandala Hotel, Berlin) as sous-chef; alongside regional German cuisine with a Berlin twist, they are pursuing ambitious sustainability goals – for example, the hotel offers Berlin’s first organic breakfast buffet.
