What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
The erMarina crew places great importance on minimising food waste
as much as possible.
Our head chef also creates new dishes every day,
so that things never get boring. The menu
is also updated from time to time.
Because we source our produce locally rather than buying in bulk
and everything is cooked fresh on board, it can
happen from time to time that something is ‘sold out’…
