EWS Arena

A charming multi-purpose hall

Whether it’s top-class sport, concerts or staff meetings: the compact design of the EWS Arena allows for a wide variety of seating arrangements. Depending on the position and size of the stage, the central event area (approx. 1,150 m²) can accommodate up to 5,500 visitors. For smaller events, the arena’s interior can be reduced to around 600 m² by adjusting the partitioning. This almost intimate event layout creates an unforgettable atmosphere for around 1,000 visitors.

In addition, the 1,000 m² annex hall with its glass façade and the foyer, finished in elegant black, offer a wide range of uses, as do the seven boxes, which hover like hanging gardens above the standing area and have been furnished with great attention to detail.

A collaborative, motivated and creative arena team offers event organisers fully bespoke solutions for successful events. Whether it’s implementing suitable communication materials, arranging service providers or liaising with the authorities – the EWS Arena team is happy to draw on its network to benefit the organiser and support them in all aspects of their event. Maximum flexibility and a one-stop service make a wide variety of events possible. As the regular home ground of the Handball Bundesliga club FRISCH AUF! Göppingen, the venue’s infrastructure – including 800 free parking spaces – facilitates a mix of indoor and outdoor events. From Bundesliga handball matches to concerts, corporate events or public screenings, almost anything is possible here.

The catering partner can offer a selection of food and drink tailored to the specific event audience. The stage can be set up flexibly along the long or short side in various sizes and heights. This ensures every event is a success.
