At Fang & Feld, our chef Cameron White serves freshly caught and regional food in a casual atmosphere, honest and with northern German charm. Feel at home, look forward to uncomplicated hospitality and convince yourself of our seasonal regional product range - down-to-earth and without a lot of frills. With a lot of love and a sense of origin and taste, we want to show how multifaceted and exciting North German cuisine can be. Sweet apples, pears and plums from the neighbouring fruit farm in the Alte Land, fresh fish from the North Sea and good meat from the Holstein pastures. Only fresh produce is served here.
