Forum Factory Berlin
Right in the heart of Berlin lies the Forum Factory Berlin – a sustainable event venue. With 400 m² of event space, the spacious premises offer you the ideal setting for seminars, meetings, conferences and events of all kinds. From the 100 m² foyer, a staircase leads you to the 100 m² lounge with a bar, which is adjoined by the 200 m² event hall. For standing receptions, you can invite up to 350 guests; if you prefer tiered seating, the venue can accommodate around 200 guests. We’ll arrange the seating to suit your requirements.
The venue impresses with its light-filled spaces, its urban character and its versatility. As well as a large stage and a professional sound system in the lounge, Forum Factory Berlin has its own bar. You can also book additional technical equipment, furnishings and furniture, as well as catering – all tailored to your requirements. The on-site staff will be happy to assist with the running of your event. In good weather, a 1,000 m² outdoor area is available for you to use by prior arrangement. You can also rent several breakout seminar rooms, located on the ground floor and one floor above.
Thanks to its excellent transport links, you can also rent the Forum Factory Berlin for international events. Its central location in Berlin-Mitte means you can easily reach the venue by car. Public transport links, such as the Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie underground station, are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Sustainability
What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
Energy & Facilities: Use of green electricity, LED lighting, motion detectors and more energy-efficient fridges. The service life of technical equipment and furniture is extended through repairs and second-hand sales. A large storage cellar allows equipment and decorations to be stored on site, thereby reducing the need for transport.
Drinks & Procurement: Drinks are predominantly served in returnable glass bottles; the current exceptions are juices, wine, sparkling wine and spirits. Internal procurement guidelines take into account, amongst other things, organic and Fairtrade products – for example, coffee and bananas – vegan alternatives for snacks, as well as recycled toilet paper, recycled paper towels and printer paper.
Social & Team: Support for arts and cultural events in Berlin. Staff have a say in the organisation of work rota to support a healthy work-life balance. Internal training sessions on sustainability topics encourage teams to engage with these issues.
Next step: Preparation of a sustainability report in accordance with the Voluntary Standard (VS), including a plausibility check, by the end of Q2 2027.
