Friedrich-Ebert-Halle Hamburg
Built in 1929, the Friedrich-Ebert-Halle in Hamburg-Harburg is one of the largest concert halls in northern Germany. Just 20 minutes from Hamburg's main railway station, the concert hall, which was extensively renovated in 2014 in line with its listed status, offers space for around 1,100 visitors and is known for its outstanding acoustics.
Hamburg's three major orchestras regularly perform here. It also hosts pop concerts, cabaret/comedy and special events (e.g. MTV Unplugged with Revolverheld 2015).
