Gut Karlshöhe sees sustainability as an integral part of everyday life. As the environmental centre of the Hamburg Climate Protection Foundation, we promote education for sustainable development, climate-friendly events and the mindful use of natural resources. Across our 9-hectare site, visitors can experience environmental technologies, biodiversity, regional and seasonal cuisine, and sustainable consumption first-hand.
