Halle 104 - Studio and Hall

We’re offering you our beautiful venue for your most creative projects or for an unforgettable event.

We have a large, modern and bright space with a ceiling height of 5.4 metres and a floor area of 102 m². The space also features a 2.5-metre-high mezzanine with an area of approximately 30 m², which offers an equally unobstructed view into every part of the space.

The space, designed in a modern industrial architectural style, is situated in a prime location within the former Clouth rubber factory in Cologne-Nippes and combines the site’s history with modern, versatile commercial lofts. The building has a charging point for electric cars as well as communal parking spaces in a publicly accessible underground car park (costs not included).

Subject to agreement between the parties, it is possible to use the space for co-working. The space is exceptionally quiet, bright and peaceful for this purpose.
