Are you looking for a comfortable and flexible meeting room in Aachen? We’d be delighted to offer you our 40 m² light-filled conference room for your next business meeting. It can accommodate up to 30 people, who can enjoy the beautiful view of the Diepenbenden reservoir during breaks. If you’re a small group of up to six people, we recommend the smaller meeting room directly adjacent for your next team meeting. As the two rooms are interconnected, both spaces can of course be used for larger groups.

Our pleasant atmosphere creates the ideal conditions for effective and highly focused work in our seminar room. Whether it’s Wi-Fi, a flipchart, a facilitator’s kit or a screen – you are, of course, welcome to make use of our in-house facilities.

Take a break – we’ll treat your taste buds

After a meeting lasting several hours, your head might be spinning and your stomach rumbling. During your lunch break, feel free to stretch your legs in our outdoor area before we take care of your culinary needs. A short walk around the Stauweiher Diepenbenden will loosen up your muscles and allow you to switch off for a moment.

To recharge your batteries for the second half of your seminar in our conference room, you can take a seat either inside our restaurant, in our conservatory or on our outdoor terrace.
