The hdt is a CONGRESS CENTRE like no other.

Situated in the heart of the Ruhr region, our complex offers the perfect setting for any type of event; listed as a historic building on the outside, yet aesthetically and technically state-of-the-art on the inside. Around 1,500 of our own events are held here every year, and your
conferences, seminars, congresses or staff meetings are also in excellent hands here. The venue is also ideally suited as a setting
for trade fairs, product launches and workshops.

The hdt CONGRESS CENTER features 30 rooms of varying sizes, seating between 2 and around 600 people, a 500 m² multi-purpose area and additional exhibition space of 300 m².

Our new event space, covering around 500 m², is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, offering space for all aspects of modern event management.

Naturally, you will be supported throughout the planning and execution by a dedicated and experienced team. Our in-house HDT agency will, on request, book comfortable hotel rooms in the surrounding area for you at special rates, and thanks to a partnership with Deutsche Bahn, you can also enjoy discounted travel offers on your journey here. Event experts will be happy to organise the perfect supporting programme for you, whilst top caterers will take care of the refreshments.
