Our kitchens at BASF Gastronomie are generally plant-centred and versatile - this has already enabled us to reduce the carbon footprint per plate by 29% since 2020.
Our chefs wear jackets made from recycled materials that combine comfort and style. And our bread from yesterday is used to brew our own "Verbundstoff Bräu" in collaboration with a regional craft brewery.
These are not individual initiatives.
