Your business meeting at a distance - already from two people!

We have 180 sqm of space where you can safely meet at a distance. From the original 80-100 people allowed for our KLUB DIALOG, we have currently allowed a maximum of 12 people in our beautiful space, taking into account the distance rules.

If you are as fanatical about ventilation as we are, our four floor-to-ceiling windows and the glass ventilating door ensure that the room is permanently ventilated so that aerosols don't stand a chance. To warm up again, there are large radiators to lean against or a bar with delicious hot drinks for every taste!

But also our soft drinks selection from the fridge leaves nothing to be desired. For a cost of just €1.00 per drink, you can really enjoy yourself here.

A hygiene concept for business meetings is already available and we have disinfectants, KLUB masks or 1-time masks in stock for you!

So come on over - it's time to really get clubbing again!

The multifunctional space KLUB DIALOG with its generous area of 180 sqm is located on the ground floor of the creative centre Alte Schnapsfabrik. Our room captivates with its alternative and cosy-family charm - the optimal setting for your business meeting! KLUB DIALOG is designed for daylight events and is ideal for meetings for as few as 2 people, as well as creative workshops, constructive seminars and extensive project and work sessions. Starting at 20,00 € per person. Depending on the current situation, you can also book our KLUB-Loft for small business meetings. Our comfortable armchairs provide a relaxed setting for your meeting at a distance.

Well ventilated!

Thanks to the many floor-to-ceiling windows and the large glass entrance area, the room is not only very bright, but can also be very well ventilated. In addition to the good ventilation possibilities, two hand-washing basins in the event room help to comfortably observe the precautionary and hygiene measures. In order to be able to comply with the distance rules, the room capacity is currently limited to about 15 people (depending on the seating arrangement).

Our equipment

A stage, a large screen and a fixed beamer on the ceiling are available for lectures and presentations. The room also has a fold-out blackboard and a flipchart. Mobile hotplates can be connected in the kitchen adjacent to the room. Refrigerators and a small amount of cooking utensils for a small cooking event are available. You are also welcome to hire our mobile kitchen - however, this is only suitable for outdoor use. Get-togethers and standing receptions can be organised in the room just as well as seated events. Meeting at a distance necessary? Apart from the stage, the bar, the blackboard and the wall bars, the room can be flexibly furnished and is therefore wonderfully multifunctional. And those who like sporty breaks can pedal their souls out on our Olympic bicycle or exercise on the wall bars. The streaming studio (partly visible in the photos) is no longer available.The room is barrier-free - however, if access to a barrier-free toilet is also desired, this should be discussed in advance.

The room is still under construction. It will gradually be equipped with suitable equipment. There is certainly the possibility of helping to design the room.

Location

The old schnapps factory, and with it the KLUB DIALOG room, is in an absolutely prime location! It is centrally and yet quietly located in Bremen's Neustadt, directly between the Wilhelm-Kaisen-Brücke bridge and the pedestrian bridge and thus within easy walking distance of the city centre. Train line 6, which connects the airport, main station and university, stops every five to ten minutes just 300 metres away. Many other buses and trams run here, ensuring that the main railway station and all parts of Bremen are easily accessible. There are also shopping facilities (REWE, ALDI, kiosk) as well as bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The recreational area around the Werdersee lake is just a few hundred metres away - ideal for short lunchtime walks in the countryside.

We can provide drinks - our small kitchenette is always open for you. You will be charged according to consumption. If you would like a tasty catering service, we have some great partners with various offers. The office of the project management is in the room next door - if absolute silence is desired in the room, this is no problem, but must be discussed in advance.
