Our conference loft is situated in the heart of Kempen on the Lower Rhine, 20 minutes from Düsseldorf, in the former production hall of the old Zurs hosiery factory. Just a 3-minute walk from the town centre, between Wiesenstraße and Grüner Weg, this modern venue with its industrial design offers an exceptional setting for seminars, conferences, theatre and music performances, as well as galas, celebrations and exhibitions. Thanks to its elegant interior design, featuring almost entirely curved walls, alcoves and partitions, the loft is equally suited to smaller meetings, conferences or large-scale events.

Equipped with modern presentation, lighting and sound technology, a proper theatre stage, a control room and backstage area with artists’ dressing rooms, a spacious kitchen, and extensive exhibition walls in the main hall and reception area, the conference loft is ready to host any kind of event. The stylish bar is also perfectly equipped for after-show activities, whether with an automatic ice crusher or a chilled cake counter. And if you’re looking for a spacious photo location, the studio lighting and all the equipment – including backdrops and a professional digital camera – can be made available to you on request.
