Situated right on the edge of the Thuringian Forest, nestled within a park-like garden with a secluded courtyard and close to the premium health resort of Friedrichroda, this is where strategies and ideas take shape, far removed from the daily grind of the office. Instead of anonymous conference rooms, you’ll find a lovingly restored Wilhelminian-style villa with exclusive workshop spaces and inspiring art.
During your stay, the Kulturvilla is reserved exclusively for your organisation. No outside guests, no concurrent events – just space for confidential discussions, strategy days, leadership retreats, workshops and closed-door meetings.
Our Modern Art Retreats combine business with contemporary art. Art tours, creative reflection sessions or collaborative art projects foster new perspectives, innovation and team spirit.
For larger groups, we combine the Kulturvilla with selected hotel and conference partners in Gotha and the surrounding region. This enables us to create bespoke retreats featuring conference rooms, accommodation, catering and a shuttle service.
