KUNST BLOCK BALVE

Located between the Westend and the railroad tracks, KUNST BLOCK BALVE is a true rarity within the Bavarian capital. As an art platform for the theory and practice of the visual arts, conceived by curator Frank Balve and Balve Design Bureau, the spirit of the Munich art scene and its creativity floats throughout the brickwork. The design is far from the common Munich chic and inspires with its irresistible industrial charm on more than 1,550 m² of space. The perfect background for event formats of all kinds - from corporate events, congresses, conferences, meetings, galas, fashion shows and film productions, to birthdays and weddings.

THE LOCATION

Close to Schwanthalerhöhe and ideally connected to the highway, the location welcomes you with four event rooms that differ in design and capacity. You can reach them via two separate entrances and a freight elevator. With 600 m², the white PANORAMA ROOM is the largest. It impresses with a huge window front and is also kept very open. Additional light and fresh air enter the interior via four skylights.

The BLACK CUBE is on its 334 m² with a central, elevated stage made of a steel construction another special feature. On top of that, this offers many elegant and unusual furnishing options. The room has an unusual, industrial character thanks to the use of a lot of steel and is extremely flexible thanks to movable seating structures, bar counters and the stage.

The 145 m² REFLEX ROOM has no windows; here, new event formats are made possible on one side by means of a continuous mirrored wall that can be covered at the same time, and special (synergy) effects are created.

The WORKSHOP ROOM, which covers 140 m² in the style of a workshop, is a creative space. Thanks to the complete furnishings and long glass fronts, you can get started right away in the course of an art workshop!

All rooms are equipped with WLAN and there is a large network of proven partners. From decoration to delicious catering and modern technology to service staff, everything is thus guaranteed and can be adapted to your explicit wishes. You can park comfortably in the parking garage of the "Bauhaus", which is only 300 m away.
