Art is in the air here! Industrial culture meets creative environment. New meets old. It's a little "NEW YORK" or "BERLIN" in the middle of Cologne. The location is a stone's throw away from the KölnMesse and offers the charm of an off-location with its event space.

Germany's largest self-managed artists' house has existed since 1995. The event space in the basement offers everything an off-location can offer on approx. 200 m². Nevertheless, all other facilities are revised and far above the standard of a "usual off-location". A concrete bar designed by the artists, existing light setup, new toilet facilities and much more.

Party until late at night? No problem here!

For (fair) parties with up to 200 people, this location is quite suitable.
