Magdalenenhof am Huywald

The Harz Mountains are within sight - yet our village "Dingelstedt am Huy" is far from the beaten tourist track.

The Magdalenenhof is one of six so-called "Vollackerhöfe" from which Dingelstedt once emerged. The house was built in 1727 and is now a listed building.

The Huywald (one of the largest beech forests in Europe) is just a few minutes' walk away and is ideal for long walks.

Halberstadt with its many cultural attractions is only 12 kilometres away. The tourist centres of the northern Harz, Quedlinburg and Wernigerode, are 26 km and 30 km away respectively.
