Mala Junta
Right in the heart of Berlin-Schöneberg, we rent out two unique dance studios with an urban vibe and plenty of space for creative events, workshops, rehearsals and private functions. Mala Junta is not a traditional event venue, but a genuine space for socialising, movement and atmosphere.
Our two studios are situated on the 4th floor of a commercial building and are easily accessible by lift. The central location near U Kleistpark, S Julius-Leber-Brücke and the Kesselsdorfstraße bus stop makes getting here straightforward – even for larger groups.
Both halls offer approximately 140 m² of floor space each, featuring parquet flooring, a mirrored wall, lighting and sound systems, and flexible furnishings. The rooms can be rented individually or together and can accommodate up to 120 people per studio. Ideal for dance rehearsals, workshops, coaching sessions, yoga, bodywork, birthday parties, corporate events, community events, photo and video productions, or creative projects of all kinds.
The Blue Studio features a fully equipped bar and is particularly well-suited to parties and evening events. The Red Studio also has a separate kitchen area with a sink and fridges.
In addition, there are around 30 extra chairs and several beer garden sets available. On request, we’re also happy to assist with a drinks service, bar staff and recommendations for catering or DJs.
The unique atmosphere of Mala Junta makes the spaces incredibly versatile – during the day for creative work and exercise, and in the evening for unforgettable events with a genuine Berlin vibe.
During the day, the studios can generally be used until 5.30 pm. On Saturdays, evening events are possible by arrangement from around 5.00–6.00 pm until late.
Events, including final cleaning, are available from €650 (plus staff costs + 19% VAT). For individual booking arrangements and further information, we look forward to receiving your enquiry, stating your preferred date and the type of event.
