Sustainability
What steps does the venue take to improve sustainability?
Sustainability is a key priority for us. We take care to use resources responsibly and to organise events in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Flexible use of space: A variety of room layouts allow us to utilise our spaces according to need – tailored to the size of each event.
Consistent waste separation: Waste is carefully sorted on site to facilitate proper disposal and recycling.
Reusable rather than single-use: We use reusable tableware and proper cutlery to avoid unnecessary packaging waste.
Natural light: Our large windows provide plenty of daylight during the day and reduce the need for artificial lighting.
Regional partnerships: We prioritise working with local service providers and partners, thereby supporting regional economic growth.
Easy access: Our venue is easily accessible from both Leipzig and Taucha. This means short journeys for many guests and service providers.
Environmentally friendly cleaning: We use sustainable and eco-friendly cleaning products.
Digital instead of paper: Digital invitations, timetables and event information offer a practical way to reduce paper consumption.
In this way, we combine a pleasant event atmosphere with a mindful use of resources and promote more sustainable events.
