Merkle-Location

The Merkle Schweißtechnik GmbH offers an approx. 100 m² large modern room + a 300 m² outdoor area, 24 hours, 7 days for rent this week.
With stone floor, underfloor heating, windows, blackout possibility and 3,90 m ceiling height.

Furthermore, the room is located in the basement and in an industrial area, which has the advantage of making you party so long and so loud you can do whatever you want.

The room can be rented empty or with tables and chairs.

Empty 100 persons

Tables 140 x 70 cm 11 pieces

Beer table sets 3 pieces

Chairs 50 pieces (if more are needed, we can order another 33 get chairs for you, for which there is a small surcharge)

Music system can be booked for an extra charge.

A fully equipped, large kitchen is located directly in the Room, separated by a counter. A separate WC is also available.

The room has to be swept clean, in order to clean everything else the cleaning lady takes care of the floor, bar, kitchen, toilets and long corridor).

S-Bahn Freiham 5 min. walk, parking spaces are also available.

Furthermore, a deposit of 750,- € must be paid one day before or be deposited in cash on the day of rental, as you have a Get a master key to get access to the room. Also your security deposit for possible damages must be paid, because in this case we have had bad experiences in the past.

We also charge 140,- € for the necessary cleaning, as we have had many bad experiences with cleaning in the past, in order to clean it.

The 140,- € are only valid for parties, i.e. birthday party, Christmas party, wedding, etc.

No matter which event, the 140,- € are due.
