Meetings at Munich Airport

The municon Conference Centre is centrally located on Level 08 in the North Wing of the Munich Airport Centre. Thanks to its location, the conference centre is an ideal meeting place for business partners and clients from all over the world.

Spanning an area of over 2,000 square metres, you’ll find light-filled conference rooms that provide a professional setting for meetings, training seminars, presentations or large-scale events. Rooms with the ideal layout are available for everything from one-to-one meetings or job interviews to larger events.

Technology & Hybrid Meetings

Every room is fitted with permanent presentation technology: all rooms are equipped with a TV screen, projector or digital flipchart and feature standard connections (HDMI & VGA).

Do you need something specific? We’re happy to offer advice and assistance here too, whether you require a video conferencing system or an interpreting booth.

Catering

With our new conference packages (bookable for groups of 10 or more), you can book a complete package and easily estimate the budget for your event. In addition to catering, the packages also include the room hire fee, including technical equipment.
