In the north-west of Leipzig lies the Pittlerwerke, a special site of Saxon industrial heritage. In 1889, the engineer Julius Wilhelm von Pittler founded a machine tool factory here, which later became the largest of its kind in the GDR. What was once a major production site is now a vibrant hub for culture, creativity and socialising, and remains a real hidden gem in Leipzig.
At the heart of the Pittlerwerke lies theWUEST: a versatile event venue that combines the distinctive character of the historic site with professional facilities. From the large event hall for up to 600 people, to the versatile courtyard for open-air events with up to 1,000 guests, right through to the hybrid venue for celebrations, conferences, presentations and much more, these unique spaces accommodate a wide variety of event formats.
The in-house kitchen ensures the perfect culinary experience. Using fresh, regional ingredients, it creates artisanal dishes that can be tailored to the specific event concept, from a sit-down dinner to bespoke event catering.
With 60 parking spaces directly on the premises, a fast 9-minute service to and from the main railway station, and Leipzig/Halle Airport and the Leipzig Exhibition Centre in the immediate vicinity, the venue also boasts excellent transport links.
