Very nice 70 sqm studio in Dachauer Str. is looking for a creative co-user!

The newly renovated space with industrial flair has two large windows, a gallery with spiral staircase and a room height of over 4 metres. The approx. 25 sqm kitchen can be shared.

The monthly rent for use is 290 euros + VAT (all-in fixed price including all utilities, heating, electricity and WLAN). The studio is also very suitable for photo shoots, yoga, dance classes or other workshops. In this case, we have attractive hourly rental rates.

The three of us (graphic designer, interior designer and painter) use the space flexibly and usually at different times, and it is wonderful to exchange ideas and inspire each other while being creative together. There are enough tables and chairs available, which you can stow away under the gallery at any time if you need more space.

However, the room is not partitioned off and no specific space is allocated. Unfortunately unsuitable for musicians and as storage space. Otherwise, we welcome creatives of all kinds who work dust-free.

On weekends and during the week, we occasionally have an interesting programme ranging from yoga to pottery and painting classes and language club meetings. If you would like to rent the studio by the hour, you can send us an enquiry.
