Situated close to the city centre in Munich’s trendiest neighbourhood and within walking distance of the banks of the Isar. The studio is easily accessible by car and on public transport. Various tram and bus routes, as well as the Fraunhoferstrasse underground station, are just around 100 metres away. Even travelling here in your own car is a breeze, as you can park conveniently in the courtyard.

The natural-light studio, with its large windows – which can also be completely blacked out if required – features a spacious lounge with a bar, a storage room and an idyllic garden. A range of film lighting is already pre-installed, and access is via our courtyard.
