A question of husbandry: quality steaks from cattle from responsible animal husbandry
Our steakhouse near Altötting works closely with producers from the region: Schmideder Michi from Tann in Lower Bavaria , for example, breeds the best local Wagyu beef for us, and Gutshof Polting supplies high-quality Rottaler Ox.
Quality you can taste!
You can immediately taste the many years of grazing and the large open-air runs that the cattle have. Thanks to this husbandry, the meat is beautifully juicy, tender and has a beautiful grain.
