Außerdem erlauben wir uns das Erheben einer Reinigungspauschale - lassen Sie nach Ihrer Veranstaltung alles stehen und ziehen Sie ausgelassen in den Hafen, wir kümmern uns um den Rest! Die Kosten für die Endreinigung nach Ihrem Aufenthalt und eine Eventassistenz sind variabel und orientieren sich an Art und Umfang Ihrer Veranstaltung. Mit unserer Preisfindung gehen wir transparent um, sprechen Sie mit uns persönlich, telefonisch oder per E-Mail, wir sind als professionelle Ansprechpartner rund um Veranstaltungen in unserem Haus gerne beratend für Sie da. Anmietungen sind ab einem Aufenthalt von 2 Stunden möglich, die Mindestmietkosten betragen 500 € zzgl. MwSt. (entspricht den Kosten für 4 Stunden Mietzeit). Längere Anmietung als 8 Stunden möglich, bis 01 Uhr je nach Veranstaltungsumfang. Anmietung auch über mehrere Tage oder Wochen möglich, z.B. als moderne Pop Up Präsenz oder Messeausstellung. The event location is suitable for small groups of 5 - 25 people as well as for large groups of up to 150 people.

The location is open-plan and smartly divided into different areas: Unfold yourself in the large event area on the ground floor with an armchair lounge as the largest presentation area, a spacious centre area as a dining area, work group area or standing networking area including a buffet table, coffee corner and illuminated event drinks fridge as well as a conference area with a large video wall for meetings with a visually strong agenda. From here, you have an exclusive view of the marina and the Microsoft complex thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows - enjoy the impressive ambience of the Rheinauhafen harbour by day or in the evening.
