Hire period: from 12:00 noon on the day of hire until 10:00 am the following day

(Hire of the previous day from 12:00 noon for decorating possible for €50, subject to availability;

Rental until 15:00 on the following day for relaxed tidying up possible for €50, subject to availability)

• 2 bottle fridges, kitchen unit with electric hob, dishwasher, coffee machine

• Crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups are part of the basic equipment

• Separate toilets for women, men and people with physical disabilities and changing table available

• Terrace available (14 m x 6 m = 84 m²), half of which can be used free of charge
  (ALONE USE is possible for an extra EUR 50).

❕ During the rental period, the statutory quiet periods must be observed on the event site, such as the night-time quiet period from 22:00 to 06:00 and the Sunday and public holiday quiet period throughout the day. Furthermore, a quiet period for midday rest is prescribed daily from 13:00 to 15:00. Finally, it is forbidden to make noise that significantly disturbs other people.

❕ The room is only rented once the contract has been signed in writing. A deposit must be paid for this.
Verbal agreements are only reservations for a short period of time.
